The Faculty of Sports Studies (FSpS, brand MUNI SPORT) was founded in 2002 as the ninth faculty of Masaryk University and is its youngest faculty. It is based at the University Campus Bohunice in Brno and educates specialists in coaching, teaching physical education, sports training, education of security forces, physiotherapy, movement and nutrition, sports management, applied kinesiology and kinanthropology. The faculty also runs research laboratories and sports facilities, and in 2025 it launched the MUNI eSports Conference, a student conference connecting esports research with practice.
