Job Overview

This position is an opportunity to join an internationally respected company with a passionate and diverse team engaging with our vibrant and diverse player base. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging actively in the Polish speaking World of Tanks Community. You will work alongside other community managers in comprehensive and effective community management within the European server. You will work alongside others in the Publishing team to deliver the publishing strategy to our players globally. The person who fulfills this role will be self-motivated, adaptable, and willing to learn and develop their skills, with support for development from the company.

This role will work alongside other members of the publishing team involved social media, competitive gaming, and live stream production.

Good World of Tanks game knowledge will help significantly in understanding our players’ needs and knowing how to speak their language.

Reports to

Senior Community Manager.

What will you do?

• Nurture a growing, enthusiastic, and loyal community around the World of Tanks in the Polish speaking audience.

• Work together with direct manager to plan and execute events and engagement inline with the publish strategy.

• Represent the World of Tanks product as the face and voice of the product to our players through regular interactions in our community.

• Identify & support active community members in content creation and any online/offline events engaging with our players.

• Represent the World of Tanks product Community within the Community Team and product group.

• Planning of activities to positively engage and grow the community.

• Build and manage strong, lasting, and positive relationships with key community influencers.

• Regular reporting on specific community KPIs and player sentiment.

What are we looking for?

• Native Polish language level, and excellent English verbal and written communication skills.

• Deep knowledge of World of Tanks product.

• 1-year minimum experience working as a community manager or equivalent.

• Knowledge of PC gaming culture and its trends.

• Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to turn challenges into opportunities.

• Analytical and reporting skills coupled with a good knowledge of industry standards for community KPIs.

• Able to work occasionally alternating shifts and weekends to address some offline events.

What additional skills will help you stand out?

• Basic understanding of social media marketing practices

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), JIRA and Confluence

• Knowledge of additional European languages and cultures.

• Experience with offline & online event support or creation.

This is a Hybrid office offer with 3 days per week in our Prague studio
