Design the systems behind player momentum

Mobile games are one of the fastest-growing entertainment markets in the world. NOXGAMES has shipped more than 150 games since 2005, surpassed 200 million total downloads, and continues to grow through stronger product thinking and system design.

We are looking for a Game System Designer who is strongest in the numbers layer of design. You should enjoy modeling economy flows, tuning progression, and building scalable systems more than polishing pure gameplay feel.

Who we're looking for?

A systems thinker who likes owning the numbers

You will work on casual and mid-core mobile games, own the structure behind progression and monetization, and collaborate with artists, developers, analysts, and product stakeholders.

The goal is to improve economy flows, strengthen system synergies, architect new scalable systems, and increase monetization by making those systems work together intelligently.

What we require?

Strong balancing fundamentals and clear analytical thinking

  • At least 2 years of professional experience in the game industry.

  • Hands-on experience designing or balancing systems for mobile or free-to-play games.

  • Strong data literacy, analytical skills, and confidence working with numbers.

  • Excellent spreadsheet skills for balancing, modeling, and scenario testing.

  • Ability to design and optimize economies, progression loops, sinks, sources, and monetization layers.

  • Very good communication skills, clean design documentation habits, and advanced Czech plus English.

Preferred

Implementation awareness and AI-enabled workflow

  • Strong practical use of AI tools in day-to-day design work.

  • Experience with product analytics tools, dashboards, and interpreting live data.

  • Experience architecting new metagame, progression, or monetization systems from scratch.

  • Knowledge of Unity and implementation constraints in mobile production.

  • Awareness of benchmarks, market trends, and new technologies across mobile games.

What we offer?

Ownership, mentorship, and room for smarter systems

  • Fair compensation with attractive performance-based bonuses.

  • Regular knowledge sharing and close collaboration across the team.

  • High growth potential with experienced mentors and real decision ownership.

  • Modern offices in central Brno with great access.

  • Coffee, Japanese teas, snacks, weekly breakfasts, and conference opportunities.

  • Friendly culture with minimal bureaucracy, team events, and a driven collective.

What to send?

Show your thinking, not just your job titles

  • A current CV that clearly reflects your relevant professional experience in games.

  • A motivation letter explaining why the role fits you and how you would contribute.

  • Portfolio pieces or case studies showing systems you designed, economies you balanced, or measurable outcomes you influenced.

Focus especially on concrete examples where your system design improved balance, progression, retention, or monetization outcomes.
