We are looking for a Production Manager to join our team and take our cooperation with outsourcing partners to a new level!

You would be working directly with Art Leads and Producers and be the point of contact for our outsourcing partners.

We are interested in candidates who are experienced in budgeting and business negotiations, possess an eye for quality, and have precise work methods, as well as excellent organizational and communication skills. Responsibilities

Database Management:

• Establish and maintain a comprehensive database of outsourcing partners
• Regularly update partner information, including capabilities, expertise, and performance metrics

Contract Management:

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with outsourcing partners
• Ensure terms are favorable for the company, covering timelines, budgets, and quality expectations

Performance Monitoring:

• Implement systems to track and evaluate partner performance
• Ensure partners adhere to contractual obligations, deliver projects on time and within budget

Quality Assurance:

• Collaborate with internal teams to define and communicate quality standards
• Monitor and enforce quality benchmarks with outsourcing partners

Business Goals Orientation:

• Align outsourcing strategies with overall business goals and objectives
• Continuously assess and optimize outsourcing processes to contribute to the company's success

Relationship Management:

• Foster positive and collaborative relationships with outsourcing partners
• Address issues promptly and work towards solutions to maintain strong partnerships

Risk Management:

• Identify potential risks associated with outsourcing and develop mitigation strategies
• Proactively address challenges to ensure minimal impact on project timelines and deliverables

Requirements

• Proven experience in outsourcing management within the gaming industry
• Strong understanding of contract negotiation and its legal aspects
• Results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting business objectives
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or related field
• Prior experience in a AAA gaming company or similar high-stakes industry
• Focus on quality, precision, and consistency
• Calm, practical, proactive, organized, goal-oriented and self-driven
• Advanced spoken and written English
