QA Lead

As an internal QA Lead, you will be in charge of a team of 9 testers at 2 locations. You will also assign tasks to a group of publishing testers who help the internal QA team. Your job will be to ensure the testing of Arma 4, developed by teams at several branches in the Czech Republic and abroad. You will be in close contact with developers, production, publishing, and stakeholders.

Job Description

- Evaluating test results on the project
- Establishing QA procedures and workflows
- Understanding analysis and offering end user opinions in every step of feature development
- Keeping overall awareness of the project
- Providing suggestions if feature defects or analysis flaws are detected
- Prioritizing tasks and your own work independently
- People management: new hires, conducting interviews, onboarding, etc.
- Providing regular performance reviews/feedback
- Identifying individual talents within the QA team
- Cooperation with Publishing QA
- Responsibility for overall quality of the game
- Communication/close cooperation with all of the project’s developmental departments

Requirements

- Previous experience in a similar position
- Ability to set up and adjust a pipeline for QA in all stages of game development
- Experience in game content creation
- Leadership skills
- Hands-on experience with a game engine
- English language for daily communication (B2 or higher)
