The role will involve working on the Graphics team of a free-to-play UE4 based PC game. 

The candidate will have to be a hardworking motivated team player who is able to work within a multidisciplinary team of developers in a global community

Reports to

You will report to the Lead Graphics Programmer and can be based remotely or hybrid working in our Guildford studio.

What will you do?

  • Work closely with other disciplines to drive quality and achieve project goals
  • Research and implement new features within Unreal engine

What are we looking for?

  • Strong experience developing networked multiplayer games in the industry
  • Ability to communicate clearly to enable collaboration across disciplines
  • Strong experience of graphics programming in a modern game engine
  • Strong C++ skills
  • Experience with modern graphics APIs (DX12, Vulkan, console APIs, etc.)
  • Experience writing shaders in HLSL, GLSL, CG, or similar
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Understanding of current real-time rendering techniques
  • Experience profiling and optimizing CPU and GPU usage
