What will you do?

  • Monitor local and international market to check trends and best practices in licensing & partnerships.
  • Develop and manage relationships with the partners across various product categories to secure the development of quality products to extend the gamers’ experience.
  • Identify, evaluate and recommend new key business partners for licensing, promotion and partnerships deals in line with the Company’s strategy.
  • Manage and coordinate the product approvals, partners requests, royalties’ statements & payments and liaise with the different departments of the Company.
  • Recommend and coordinate cross-promotional programs and marketing activities (asset requests, partner contributions, and logistics). Analyze and identify key learnings from each cross-promotion campaign. Negotiate best deal terms for the Company that delivers on Product Group objectives.
  • Assist with other business projects and initiatives from the business development department.
  • All other duties that may be assigned by the Company and that would be included in the scope of the Employee’s.

What are we looking for?

  • At least 3/5 years’ experience in a relevant licensing or entertainment environment.
  • Ability to challenge and bring new ideas of business or partnerships.
  • Ability to develop and build strong relationships with promotional and Licensing partners, etc.
  • Excellent presentation & communication skills both in English and in a second European language.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Ability to work on a flexible basis to manage demands of partners and fast-paced nature of business environment.
  • Creativity and enthusiasm.
  • BA or Master in business administration.

What additional skills will help you stand out?

  • Previous Video Game company experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency in additional EU language(s).
  • Being a World of Tanks player.
