We are looking for a talented game designer to join our team and craft engaging events and experiences for our online trucking platform, World of Trucks. If you're passionate about designing dynamic in-game events and creating memorable player experiences, we’d love to hear from you!

What to expect:

You’ll join a team of event creators for World of Trucks, and be responsible for envisioning and producing engaging online events, ensuring clear communication with stakeholders and developers. Additionally, you will provide feedback to the teams involved in content production to help refine and enhance the overall player experience.

Your work will include:

• Gaining a deep understanding of all aspects of our trucking game, including map, vehicle, asset creation, and marketing pipelines to ensure events are technically grounded and aligned with our game's scope.
• Researching and presenting information on event topics to the development team.
• Organizing and creating cohesive documentation for events.
• Proposing and writing clear and concise event rules.
• Researching and proposing a set of rewards aligned with each event's needs.
• Crafting interesting and engaging lore for each event.
• Composing blog posts to announce events to players.
• Analyzing statistics for event performance and user engagement.
• Collaborating with UX and system designers to seamlessly integrate events.

Other responsibilities:

Our designers are expected to have a comprehensive understanding of all facets of the game. With this knowledge, you can expect assignments beyond event production, such as:

• creating achievements,
• maintaining content libraries,
• designing UX flows for game features using Figma,
• assisting with future World of Trucks design productions.

• experience in PC, console, mobile development,
• scripting and modding experience,
• experience and passion for the driving simulator genre.
