We are GameDev Area, a tribe of dreamers and game fanatics. You might know us from our orchestral concerts of Mafia and Kingdom Come: Deliverance, or from the Game Access Conference, which has been going strong for more than 8 years.

This year, we are launching another project and are looking for a Café Manager to help us create a great space for creators, creatives, gamers, and game developers.

MAIN TASKS

• Managing a team of part-time workers
• Planning shifts
• Monitoring and replenishing inventory
• Evaluating the café's operations
• Taking care of the café and its equipment
• Assisting with sales and food preparation

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 2 years of experience working in the food service industry
• Experience in a managerial position (not necessarily in the food service industry)
• Reliability, determination, and independence
• Knowledge of the gaming industry is a plus
