We're on the lookout for someone to help us strengthen the team working on our immersive tactical FPS game with a maximum focus on realism! What is your MISSION?
- Managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, from job requests to onboarding new Madfingers.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
- Selecting CVs, screening, and interviewing candidates to ensure alignment with job requirements and company culture.
- Actively sourcing, identifying, and engaging with potential candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, and professional networks).
- Crafting and publishing engaging job advertisements.
- Giving feedback and cultivating an exceptional candidate experience.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to present MADFINGER Games at various conferences and job fairs.
Who will FIT in with us?
- You have relevant experience with recruitment.
- You like to communicate in English so that you can effectively communicate with candidates, internal stakeholders, and the rest of the team (we have 12 nationalities in the team).
- The Czech language is a must.
- You can keep things moving. Prompt communication with both candidates and managers is vital for us.
- And, of course, you are excellent at organizing things and managing time.
