Job Responsibilities
- Plan and execute events (Farming Simulator League and others)
- Making sure that the events meet the expectations of the visitors, time and budget limits are met and plan/allocate the resources needed for their execution
- Oversee facilities as well as details such as decor, catering, entertainment, transportation, location, invitee list, special guests, equipment, promotional material etc.
What qualification and skills do we expect from you?
- Knowledge of the basic parts of and operation techniques for lighting, sound and video equipment
- Ability to move heavy options from one location to another
- Problem-solving ability to troubleshoot issues with equipment
- Interpersonal skills to interact positively with crew members, vendors and audience members
- Ability to use tools needed to build and strike sets
- Strong oral communication skills to work with other crew members
- Understanding of on-set and stage safety precautions
- Organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure and meeting deadlines
- Handling issues and troubleshooting any emerging problems in stressful situations
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Willingness to travel to be on-site at events
What would be a plus?
- You have at least 2+ years experience in e-sports events
- You have a deep knowledge of Farming Simulator
- You are passionate about video games and an enthusiastic gamer
- You have a background in farming / have been working in a company related to farming / are very interested in farming and agriculture
