Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a PR & Marketing team of 20 people in order to execute highly effective campaigns that drive revenue, brand awareness, and player acquisition
  • Collaborate closely with creative teams to ensure all marketing materials are visually compelling and drive player interest
  • Design and execute innovative, data-driven marketing strategies, including influencer marketing, social media, content marketing, and more; plan offline marketing events like GamesCom
  • Create high-level marketing plans based on development and publishing needs
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities; help shape publishing plans with this information, and adapt marketing plans accordingly
  • Be a doer: take the initiative, implement approved strategies without delay, optimizing for speed and quality
  • Leverage your strong analytical skills to track performance metrics, evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns, and identify marketing weaknesses for improvements
  • Work closely with product, sales, and development teams to align marketing efforts with the overall vision of the company and its business goals

Requirements

  • Proven track record of relevant marketing experience, demonstrating a successful history of managing specific tasks and projects (e.g. multi-channel campaigns, digital strategies, branding initiatives), as well as showcasing creativity, strategic thinking, and measurable results
  • Experience in leading a large team of people (approx. 20)
  • Languages: Czech (fluent); English (fluent)
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in utilizing tools to measure marketing performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
  • A strong sense of aesthetics and the ability to guide visual content
  • A can-do attitude with an apt mind that can discover opportunities
  • Excellent communication skills (interpersonal, negotiations, etc.)
  • Passion for games; eagerness to learn and grow
