Become a valuable reinforcement for the core team of Arma series veterans working on Bohemia Interactive's brand new project, Arma 4, built on a modern proprietary game engine Enfusion.
Responsibilities
- Create highly realistic and convincing in-game models of weapons and related assets in next-gen visual quality
- Actively bring new ideas to push the weapons art quality forward
- Work closely with all involved departments to ensure that all technical and design requirements are met and deliver highly functional and well-optimized in-game assets
Requirements
- Good knowledge of contemporary weapon art pipelines, practices, and technical requirements
- Strong hard surface modeling (3D software of your preference) & realistic texturing (Substance Painter) skills, as well as an understanding of PBR shaders
- Advanced sculpting skills & knowledge of Zbrush
- Great attention to detail, shape & color
- Experience with modern game engines
- Knowledge of real-world weapon anatomy and sense of mechanical design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating weapon / hard surface art skills
- Passion for developing games & constantly looking for self-improvement
- Strong self-management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Fluency in English

- Experience with Fusion360
- Experience with Photogrammetry
