We are looking for a QA tester to join our team and help us create better games and more believable worlds in which players can get lost.

This position is preferably in-house at our Brno office, with the option for partial work-from-home arrangements.

Gross Salary:

• Junior:

  35,000 – 45,000 CZK

• Regular:

  40,000 – 50,000 CZK

Your Mission

• Making sure the game is up to the highest standards and we deliver on time

• Supporting developers by providing feedback in a clear and timely manner

• Investigating & describing issues and their impact on player experience

• Preparing & executing test cases for acceptance testing

• Improving the process of testing and promoting the integration of testing within all stages of the development process

Preferred profile

• Excellent skill in accurately describing problematic behavior using text, images, videos, etc.

• Ability to isolate the problem and exclude all factors that don’t affect it

• Patient approach used to working with broken and in-progress stuff

• Strong affinity to inclusiveness and diversity

• Capability to take feedback and learn from it

• Willingness to learn new things and procedures

• Boldness to give feedback to more experienced people

• Strong communication skills

• Familiarity with strategy games/RPG standards

• Ability to commute at least biweekly

• Experience with Unreal Engine 4 or 5

• Experience as QA or similar position

• Experience with creating autotests

• Experience with Jira & Confluence
